Thanksgiving is Here!
Thanksgiving is here! Can you believe it?
Even though all week long I’ve been hearing about Black Friday and the crazy shopping stories from last year, I still can’t believe that time of year is here already.
Doesn’t it seem like just the other day when we were talking about how summer is actually over and it was time to start pulling our lightweight jackets out of the closet?
Time flies when you’re having fun. And I’ve never had more fun than I’ve had since I met my awesome wife and became a husband, then watched my daughter come into the world and became a father.
Eva and Breanna and the rest of my FAMILY are the best things that have ever happened to me. I was reading some blog posts tonight on other sites, and I came across several in which dads were talking about how they were divorced and didn’t get to spend as much time as they wanted to with their kids and so on and so forth. I feel so blessed to have grandparents who stayed together, parents who stayed together, and a marriage that I am 110% positive is going to stay together. So many people out there are unable to say that.
I know I already said it in a previous post (November Means Thanks(for)giving), but I’m saying it again. I’m thankful for my family and all the love we share. And that’s something you can never say too many times.
What are you thankful for?

I am thankful for my twin baby girls. It took 7 years of trying to finally have children and I don’t think I can adequately describe in words just how thankful we are. This year more than any other, I can honestly say that I understand what Thanksgiving is all about.
